Job summary

Oak Hill Academy West London in London is seeking two enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly staff. You will work under the Class Teacher to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for pupils across small groups and whole classes in a Key Stage 2 setting.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE Level C or above in English and Maths.
• Confident, enthusiastic and have a passion for learning.
• An excellent, enthusiastic and committed practitioner who believes in CPD and has high expectations of pupil behaviour and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities to individual pupils, groups and whole classes.
• Provide care and support programmes to enable access to learning, including assessments and reports on pupil progress.
• Assist teachers in the management of pupils in the classroom and contribute to curriculum planning and assessment.
