Job summary

Windwhistle Primary School in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support and assist with small groups and whole-class activities in Key Stage 2.

Formal qualifications are not essential; candidates with SEN experience are welcomed. The role is fixed-term until 31 August 2027, term-time plus INSET days, with a salary in the range shown.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications help, but they're not essential.
• Experience supporting pupils, including those with SEN, is welcome.
• Ability to engage and support pupils across KS2.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support and work with small groups as well as whole class sessions within Key Stage 2.
