  • Strong understanding of Key Stage 2 curriculum and expectations.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to plan engaging lessons that meet a range of learning needs.
  • Reflective and proactive approach to professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils can flourish.
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Support pupils with varying abilities, including SEND and EAL needs.
  • Establish high expectations for behaviour and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to promote pupil success.
  • Engage fully with your ECT programme and ongoing professional development opportunities.
