Falconer’s Hill Academy is recruiting a KS2 Class Teacher in Daventry. The role focuses on high-quality teaching, safeguarding, and collaborative partnership with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status.
• Evidence of sustained participation in INSET/CPD.
• Experience of teaching in KS2.
• Demonstrable high standards of class teaching.
• Understanding of effective assessment and target setting procedures.
• Knowledge of OFSTED expectations.
• Understanding of inclusion and personalised learning.
• Pre-employment checks in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in the classes.
