About the Candidate: This a wide ranging and demanding post and the successful will be someone special who has:
Proven experience as a general class teacher across the primary phase
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective classroom practice
Experience working with children with SEND, including adapting lessons to meet individual needs.
Excellent lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management skills
The ability to create an inclusive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
Strong communication and teamwork skills We are looking for someone who is caring, organised, and motivated, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents alike.

As part of the Interview process there will be a written task, formal interview and you will be asked to plan and deliver a 30 minute lesson to a class that will be observed by the panel.
