Norton CEVC Primary School in Suffolk is seeking a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to support learners and staff in a friendly, inclusive environment. The role offers opportunities to contribute to children's formative years and requires involvement with observations, assessments and interventions.

Qualificações

• Experience of working with children in a primary school setting.
• Flexible, can use own initiative and work independently or in a team.
• Resilient, hardworking and self-motivated with adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Work with children, individually or in small groups.
• Work closely with the class teacher to maintain attainment and behaviour.
• Demonstrate a secure understanding of the National Curriculum requirements.
• Provide observations and evidence for assessments.
• Liaise with teaching staff to plan and deliver classroom support.
• Promote wellbeing and self-esteem; deliver interventions as appropriate.
