Responsabilités

• Supporting KS1 students in core subjects, ensuring every child flourishes academically and emotionally
• Working alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Providing targeted intervention for pupils with additional needs
• Creating stimulating classroom environments and preparing dynamic learning resources
• Leading small-group and 1:1 sessions to accelerate progress
• Tracking student development and celebrating milestones
