KS1 Teaching Assistant | Job Specification:

• Long term contract starting in September 2024 until the end of the academic year
• £85-100 per day (inclusive of Holiday Pay)
• KS1 Teaching Assistant offering class-based support and small group interventions
• Hours required: 8:15-3:45pm – Monday to Friday

KS1 Teaching Assistant | Personal Specification:

• A bubbly, enthusiastic personality with the ability to engage children well
• A minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree
• Aspirations to gain experience of working with children to benefit your chosen career path
• Experience in supporting children (3-11 years) within an educational setting
• You MUST be resilient, patient, calm-natured, empathetic & adaptable
• A hardworking and drivenindividual who will exceed all expectations of the role requirements
• Have or be willing to have an Enhanced DBS check

This KS1 Teaching Assistant role will give you the opportunity to work alongside experienced Teachers, gain insight into the day-to-day running of a school, and apply your subject knowledge through leading specific and targeted group interventions.
