Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Glossop. You will support pupils across Key Stage 1, work with small intervention groups, and help pupils reach their potential.

This full-time role starts in September, with ongoing professional development and strong support from Tradewind Recruitment and school staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school.
• Experience supporting children in Key Stage 1.
• A positive, patient and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential for candidates with relevant experience).
