Job summary

Ivy Resource Group are helping a vibrant primary school in Gloucester recruit a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Cheltenham. You will support a Year 2 pupil and work closely with the classroom teacher to maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

Experience with young children is valued; no formal qualifications are required. The role is long term and full-time, with a daily rate of £85–£100 and holiday pay accrual. September 2026 start.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant primary school in Gloucester. As a teaching assistant, you will be working alongside the rest of the team providing general support to the classroom teacher and supporting a child 1:1 in Year 2
