Requirements to Succeed

To register with Hays, you should be passionate, driven, and eager to succeed. You need at least 2 months of teaching experience in the past 4 years (including university placements), the right to work in the UK, and QTS. If you lack QTS or recent teaching experience, you can register as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor with at least 1 month of experience working with children in the past 4 years. We welcome applicants currently working with other agencies.
