Here at Hays Education, we have built great relationships with primary schools in the Sheppey and Sittingbourne area. The cover requirements tend to be very high, whether on a day-to-day supply basis or long-term to cover sickness/maternity. We regularly have high demand for all year groups in primary schools. We also ensure consistent, paid work for our teachers. We have numerous partnerships with schools in Kent, and our support for schools continues to grow.
We are seeking Supply Teachers willing to work flexibly. This role is ideal for gaining experience for the next academic year or picking up extra days. If you want flexible work, enjoy classroom teaching, and want to experience different school settings, this opportunity is perfect for you.
To register with Hays, you should be passionate, driven, and eager to succeed. You need a minimum of 2 months of recent teaching experience within the past 4 years (including university placements), the right to work in the UK, and QTS. If you lack QTS or recent experience, you may register as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, provided you've worked with children for at least 1 month in the past 4 years. We welcome applicants currently working with other agencies.
As a Hays Supply Teacher, you'll receive a competitive pay rate (dependent on experience), holiday pay, and access to our free e-learning platform for safeguarding and professional development courses.
