Tradewind Recruitment Ltd. is helping a Salford primary school recruit a dedicated full-time KS1 Teacher to start ASAP. You will join a vibrant, inclusive community that values every child and supports confident, independent learners.

You will deliver Read Write Inc, lead daily phonics sessions, and assess pupil progress to address gaps. The role requires QTS or equivalent and KS1 experience, with a view to a long-term placement for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Have practical experience delivering Read Write Inc.
• Have a strong understanding of phonics and early reading development.
• Be confident planning engaging lessons and adapting learning to meet pupils' needs.

Responsabilités

• Teach within Key Stage 1 and support reading, writing and Maths foundations.
• Lead daily phonics sessions and support early reading development.
• Use assessment to identify gaps and address pupils' learning needs.
• Collaborate with supportive team to maintain an inclusive learning environment.
