Tradewind Recruitment Ltd. is helping a Salford primary school recruit a dedicated full-time KS1 Teacher to start ASAP. You will join a vibrant, inclusive community that values every child and supports confident, independent learners.

You will deliver Read Write Inc, lead daily phonics sessions, and assess pupil progress to address gaps. The role requires QTS or equivalent and KS1 experience, with a view to a long-term placement for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Have practical experience delivering Read Write Inc.
• Have a strong understanding of phonics and early reading development.
• Be confident planning engaging lessons and adapting learning to meet pupils' needs.

Full-Time KS1 Teacher - SalfordTradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated full-time KS1 Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Salford, starting ASAP, with the potential for the position to become long-term for the right candidate. The school is a large, well-established primary setting with a strong sense of community and a commitment to ensuring every child feels valued and supported. It prides itself on providing a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment, with high expectations for both pupils and staff. There is a real emphasis on developing confident, independent learners, celebrating diversity and ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be joining a supportive team and teaching within Key Stage 1, helping pupils develop strong foundations in reading, writing and Maths. Previous experience delivering Read Write Inc. is essential, alongside a confident understanding of systematic phonics teaching. You will need to be comfortable leading daily phonics sessions, supporting early reading development and using assessment to identify and address gaps in pupils' learning.

The ideal candidate will:
