• Has knowledge and experience of Key Stage 1 and/or Early Years and is keen to apply this in mixed age class.
• Is an excellent and committed teacher who has the drive and desire to improve the quality of education and can deliver an exciting curriculum.
• Can demonstrate high standards and expectations in all aspects of school life.
• Is keen to develop and share their own knowledge and expertise.
• Is able to communicate effectively to all members of the school team.
• Is able to jointly manage a class of children.
• Is passionate about quality first teaching.
• Has a desire to support SEND pupils and is committed to inclusion.
• Will support the school’s nurturing ethos.
• Is keen to support the school through effective subject leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging KS1 and/or Early Years lessons within a mixed-age class.
• Maintain high standards and expectations across all areas of school life.
• Communicate effectively with the school team and parents.
• Help manage a class of pupils and support SEND learners.
• Contribute to subject leadership and nurture the school ethos.
