Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is currently recruiting a Key Stage 1 Teacher for a part-time position in a welcoming school community. You will plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons, promoting inclusive practice and high standards of pupil progress.

We welcome both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECT). You will work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, parents and carers to support pupil achievement, safeguarding and wellbeing, while upholding our school values.

Qualifications

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience or knowledge of teaching within Key Stage 1.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, happy and motivated to learn.
Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, using assessment information to inform teaching.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, parents and carers to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold our school values.
