Justteachers Ltd in King’s Lynn is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join on a full-time basis from September. The role starts on a supply basis, with potential for a permanent position after a successful trial period.

The ideal candidate will plan engaging lessons, foster a nurturing classroom, and collaborate with colleagues to support pupil progress and wellbeing. A passion for literacy, numeracy, and safeguarding is essential.

Qualifications

• QTS in the UK is required.
• Experience in Key Stage 1 is desirable.
• ECTs are encouraged to apply and develop in a supportive school community.
• Strong knowledge of KS1 Curriculum and early learning principles.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging KS1 lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom where all pupils are supported.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, differentiating to meet needs.
• Establish high expectations for behaviour and learning outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and leaders to support pupil progress.
• Contribute to school life through meetings, events and safeguarding.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold school policies.
