Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is seeking a KS1 Teacher for full-time day-to-day supply across Harpenden and surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging lessons to Year 1 and Year 2, adapting plans to meet varied learner needs and supporting both academic and emotional development.

You will work with school leaders and staff to provide high-quality provision, maintain safeguarding standards, and contribute to pupil progress reviews while enjoying a range of exclusive deals and wellbeing support through our

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching KS1 in mainstream primary settings.
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics programmes.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and confident working across different schools.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching to KS1 pupils across various schools.
