Salary: £130-£180 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Grantham, currently seeking an inspiring and committed KS1 Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of young learners at a critical stage in their education.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons within a Key Stage 1 classroom. You will be expected to provide a supportive and stimulating learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of your pupils, helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of KS1 learners.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and independence.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform planning and differentiation.
• Promote positive behaviour and manage the classroom effectively.
• Establish strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues to support the learning journey.
• Follow school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour management procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners through creative teaching methods.
• Strong classroom management skills and a proactive attitude.
• Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of all pupils.
• Have anupdated CV(covering thelast ten years barring any unexplained gaps) andan enhanced DBSregistered to theUpdate Service(or be willing to apply for one).
