Class Teacher (KS1 or KS2) – Maternity Cover

Full Time Class Teacher

Pay Scale – MPS

Highcliffe Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced, positive and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our happy, friendly and supportive school to cover a Maternity starting August or October 2025.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A strong practitioner, who can demonstrate and articulate good teaching and learning.
  • Passionate about making a difference for every child.
  • Able to inspire, lead and motivate staff and pupils in order to enhance and influence the quality of teaching and learning and curriculum provision
  • A team player, developing and maintaining positive and supportive relationships with children, staff, parents and governors.
  • Committed to enhancing the lives and education of children
