Help Year 2 pupils secure the basics with clear routines, smart scaffolding, and upbeat encouragement.
Work in Year 2 to boost reading, writing, and number. You’ll run short, purposeful boosters, deliver 1:1 catch‑up, and guide small groups through phonics, spelling and arithmetic practice. Set up activities, break tasks into manageable steps, and note quick progress so next actions are clear for the class teacher.
A thoughtful, organised graduate who communicates plainly and builds rapport with young children. You follow guidance, keep expectations consistent, and keep sessions brisk, calm, and focused.
