• QTS or pending QTS (ECTs welcome to apply)
• Passion for teaching KS1
• Good understanding of early learning and phonics
• Positive, proactive, nurturing approach to teaching
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Support pupils in reading, writing, phonics, and maths development
• Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress with mentor support
• Differentiate learning for pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN
• Foster pupils' confidence, curiosity and love of learning
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
