Job summary

Qualifications

• Has strong knowledge and understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
• Good grasp of KS1 reading and phonics including knowledge of delivering Floppys Phonics.
• Is committed to providing high-quality teaching and learning.
• Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with colleagues.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
• Is flexible, organised, and able to contribute to planning within a job-share arrangement.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will work closely with their counterpart to ensure continuity, consistency, and excellent outcomes for pupils.
