Teach Plus is seeking a dedicated KS1 Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Islington from January 2027. The role is full-time and suitable for experienced teachers and ECTs, delivering engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum.

You will plan differentiated lessons, assess progress and support pupils with diverse needs, including SEND and EAL. The salary is negotiable on the Main Pay Scale (MPS1–MPS6).

Formación

• QTS or equivalent is required.
• Experience as KS1 Class Teacher or similar role including ECTs welcome.
• DBS with Update Service completed or in place.
• Right to work in the UK must be demonstrated.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver differentiated KS1 lessons.
• Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
• Deliver phonics, early reading, writing and maths lessons.
• Support pupils with SEND and EAL needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to maintain high standards.
