Job summary

Simply Education is assisting in sourcing a KS1 Class Teacher for Sleaford and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible, ongoing opportunities across full-time, part-time, long-term or supply engagements, with a pay range of £130-£220 per day depending on role and experience.

Ideal candidates will hold QTS or be completing ECT induction, be confident teaching EYFS/KS1, and show adaptability, reliability and enthusiasm for early years education.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or is completing ECT induction.
• Confident teaching KS1/ EYFS.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic about early years education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum.
• Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and school leadership.
