Mana Education is seeking Primary Teachers for opportunities in Kettering and the surrounding area. Whether you want occasional days or a longer-term position, we will match opportunities to your preferences.

We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced teachers. Opportunities cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with day-to-day supply, short-term, long-term and permanent roles; pay ranges £120-£271 per day, with weekly PAYE or umbrella options.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent experience teaching in UK schools.
• Confidence teaching within EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
• Positive classroom management and the ability to adapt lessons to pupils' needs.
• A reliable, flexible approach and good communication with school staff.
• A commitment to safeguarding and helping children learn.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supply: Deliver lessons prepared by the school, support pupils' learning and maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Short-term cover: Provide continuity during staff absence, with responsibilities agreed before your placement.
• Long-term and maternity cover: Build relationships with a class, with planning, marking and assessment where required.
• Permanent positions: Find your next school role, with salary and employment terms discussed for each vacancy.
