Salary: M1 Outer London £34,514 - UPS3 Outer London £51,179

As a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 Curriculum
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports each child's academic and emotional development
• Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress, maintaining high expectations for all learner
• Work collaboratively with year group colleagues and wider school staff
• Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children's learning
• Participate in school events, training, and wider school life

The ideal candidate will have:

• UK-recognised teaching qualification with QTS
• A good understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early childhood pedagogy
• Experience working with young children, including through placements or previous roles
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• The right to work in the UK
