Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Knowledge Manager (Communities & Innovation) to develop knowledge-sharing frameworks and drive collaboration across the organisation. You will lead Communities of Practice, coordinate knowledge-sharing networks and organise events to share expertise.

The role also coordinates the Irish R&D Tax Credit process with project teams and external consultants, promoting innovation capture and timely claims. Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing Communities of Practice or knowledge-sharing networks.
• Experience planning workshops, webinars and collaborative events.
• Experience working in construction, infrastructure or related project environments.
• Excellent writing, communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks for tacit knowledge exchange and monitor knowledge-sharing maturity.
• Lead Communities of Practice strategy and support Community Leaders.
• Coordinate knowledge-sharing networks and events across the Group.
• Coordinate Irish R&D Tax Credit process with internal/external stakeholders; gather evidence and case studies.
