This role will help create the environment, culture and networks that enable Sisk's collective expertise to be shared and reused. By connecting people, facilitating knowledge exchange and promoting innovation, the Knowledge Manager (Communities & Innovation) will help reduce duplication, accelerate learning and support the organisation's strategic objectives of Consistent Performance, Integrated Expertise and Innovative Delivery. The Knowledge Manager (Communities & Innovation) is responsible for developing and maintaining the frameworks, networks and activities that enable the effective exchange of knowledge across Sisk, in collaboration with the Knowledge Management team. The role will lead initiatives that encourage collaboration, learning and sharing between individuals, teams, disciplines and regions, ensuring expertise and experience are visible and accessible wherever needed. The postholder will develop and execute strategies that foster knowledge sharing, support Communities of Practice, facilitate learning events and strengthen Sisk's knowledge‑sharing culture. The role will also coordinate the Irish R&D Tax Credit process, working with project teams, technical specialists and external consultants to identify qualifying innovation activity, collect evidence and develop case studies that capture and share business innovation. This is an excellent way to build relationships with busy project teams. A key measure of success for this role will be the growth of active knowledge‑sharing networks, increased collaboration across business units and improved visibility of expertise, innovation and good practice throughout the organisation.
