As a Knowledge and Information Manager, you’ll support our intelligence community and contribute to the success of operations. Working within our Knowledge and Information team, you’ll oversee the provision and secure sharing of information, assist colleagues across our organisation, and help to future-proof our services to meet ever-changing demands.

You might have a degree and/or a post-graduate qualification in a subject such as Information Management, Records and Archives or Librarianship, or you might already be working in one of these fields. You’ll have a genuine interest and aptitude for the knowledge and information profession, as well as collaboration and customer service skills.

This is a varied role. Whether you’re ensuring information is shared in line with legal responsibilities, managing our intranet and corporate records estate, or supporting colleagues on our systems – you’ll engage with those seeking secure information, and make sure it’s accessible, usable, and secure. Plus, with your problem-solving skills, you’ll identify new ways for us to meet the needs of our intelligence community. From fast-paced information technologies to innovative ways of working, you’ll work on a diverse range of projects designed to keep us up-to-speed with an ever-evolving mission.
