Job summary

Charles Russell Speechlys LLP is seeking a Knowledge Development Lawyer to advance the firm's Knowledge Strategy within the Corporate Tax & Incentives (CTI) group. You will create practical knowledge resources, deliver training, handle technical queries and enable scalable solutions across the firm.

You will work with tax counsel and fee-earners to translate legal expertise into actionable guidance, adopting new technologies, horizon scanning, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE gained in private practice.
• Demonstrable interest in legal knowledge management, legal training, innovation or professional support activities.
• Experience of developing precedents, delivering training and supporting the dissemination of legal know-how.
• Strong technical research skills and experience using online legal research resources and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and business services to develop and share knowledge resources for CTI.
• Deliver structured training programmes for lawyers across the group and junior lawyers.
• Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and maintain precedents, checklists, guidance materials and toolkits.
• Support innovation and technology initiatives, embedding Knowledge systems and new ways of working.
• Manage the CTI knowledge budget and engage with internal resources to maximise impact.
