Job summary

Dstl is seeking a strategic leader to transform how Operations captures, manages and shares knowledge across the organisation. You will work with technical teams, service owners and senior stakeholders to drive consistent practices and deliver a modern self-service experience.

You will create, manage and maintain the Operations content platform, plan work packages and enable multi-disciplinary teams to contribute to content that aligns with business goals and improves user journeys.

• Experience producing customer focused content in a technical environment.
