Ayvens is seeking a Knowledge Manager to lead the capture and maintenance of knowledge across processes and theories. You will manage a Knowledge Management System, ensuring on-brand knowledge is created and governed, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver knowledge that supports employees and customers across channels.

• Experience in knowledge management roles or similar.
• Experience with knowledge capture, governance and knowledge style/standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across the business.
• Experience writing and maintaining knowledge and process documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge style and standards across the business for use in all knowledge articles.
• Write and maintain on-brand knowledge/process articles for the Knowledge Management System.
• Lead end-user focus groups to ensure knowledge is fit for purpose.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver knowledge at the point of need.
• Understand business priorities and ensure knowledge delivery meets demand.
• Support governance to keep knowledge updated and accurate.

Tremendous opportunity to join the ‘Knowledge’ team and along with colleagues take some responsibility for leading the capture and maintenance of knowledge (process & theory) for Ayvens. Your contribution will help improve the working environment for our employees through a Knowledge Management System as well as better servicing the needs of our customers through varying channels.

Key Purpose

Interpret the knowledge requirements from key business stakeholders and translate these into consistent and useable knowledge articles, for use in various platforms such as the Knowledge Management System

Responsibility for supporting the knowledge needs of various employees through the implementation of Knowledge best practice and governance

Collaborating with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business to harness knowledge, in turn developing our knowledge style and standards.

Maintenance of a Knowledge Management System

Key Responsibilities

• Developing knowledge style and standards across the business for use throughout all process & knowledge articles
• Writing and maintaining on brand knowledge/process articles for use in a Knowledge Management System
• Implement and oversee end user focus groups ensuring our knowledge is fit for purpose
• Work cross functionally to ensure all knowledge is on brand and delivered at the point of need
• Proactively understanding the priorities of the business ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ ensuring knowledge is effectively delivered to meet this demand
• Working with the Knowledge Team to implement knowledge governance to ensure knowledge is fit for purpose, updated accurately, and communicated to relevant functions such as the Learning & Development Team
• Act as a subject matter expert for Knowledge capture and governance

Skills, Experience & Background

• Knowledge in process documentation applications e.g. Visio
• Competent in Microsoft Office Programs
• Great collaboration skills with the ability to work cross functionally
• Proven experience in a knowledge management role or similar
• Experience of knowledge, process documentation writing and maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to challenging workload demands and deadlines
