Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to turn evolving product, risk and regulatory requirements into clear, practical knowledge for frontline and specialist teams. You’ll work with SMEs across Operations, Product, Compliance, Legal and Training to publish new workflows and ensure accurate, accessible guidance.

Qualifications

• The role requires experience in knowledge management, content creation, learning and development or instructional design.
• Hands-on experience with a knowledge platform such as Confluence, Zendesk or Notion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment with evolving requirements.
• Familiarity with operational processes and how teams actually work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and content QA skills.
• Proven track record of collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content priorities.
• Knowledge management metrics and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate onboarding, risk, disputes, and account security processes into clear knowledge assets.
• Collaborate with Process Architects and SMEs to capture and publish new workflows.
• Act as knowledge liaison between Operations, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Training.
• Track knowledge base performance and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain taxonomy and tagging standards for content findability and AI integration.
