An exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Older Adults Mental Health Directorate in Aberdeenshire. The role involves providing care for patients with Functional illnesses, requiring assessment skills and experience with Older Adults. Ideal candidates are motivated practitioners and must be registered nurses.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse to work within the Older Adults Mental Health Directorate.
The post is based in Aberdeenshire North CMHT providing care for patients with Functional illnesses who are referred from the GP Practices in a large catchment area covering the Fraserburgh area.
We are looking for a motivated skilled Practitioner who possesses good assessment skills, the ability to work as part of a team with good communication skills and experience of multi-agency working. You should preferably have some experience of working with Older Adults with Functional and Organic illnesses.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload under the supervision of the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader. You should be a Registered Mental Health Nurse and a car driver/owner.
