  • Prepare dishes promptly and to standard
  • Maintain portion control and minimize waste
  • Observe food hygiene practices from storage to service
  • Ensure HACCP compliance in all outlets
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and report issues
  • Be energy and cost-conscious to achieve savings
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and report issues
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff and supervise kitchen operations
