Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a Production Technician based in Amesbury for a hands-on role focusing on kitting and final assembly prior to dispatch. You will perform quality control checks and maintain accurate records, while prioritising safety and accuracy in every task.

The role offers consistent Monday to Friday hours (36 per week) with an immediate start and a potential temp-to-perm path after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a busy production environment.
• Understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Experience with high-quality and detailed products.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality control checks and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure tasks are carried out per instructions with safety at the forefront.
• Check that the correct items are selected as per picking lists.
• Kit components to final assembly prior to dispatch to the customer.
• Conduct detailed component inspections in line with customer requirements.
