Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced Multi Trader for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in Croydon, delivering works across residential properties in social housing. You will operate in a planned refurbishment team, handling kitchen and bathroom installations and related trades to ensure timely completion.

Key duties include plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting, and fittings, with emphasis on first-time completion and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen and bathroom refurbishment.
• Ability to work across several trades.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.
• Perform basic plumbing linked to installations.
• Do carpentry/joinery, tiling, plastering and decorating as required.
• Install and adjust fixtures and fittings; complete snagging.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and work safely.
