Job summary

Whitbread in Thirsk is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member for Thirsk Premier Inn. This permanent role offers 16 contracted hours per week with pay up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals, receive deliveries and keep the kitchen tidy, while working evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
