The Wonderfield Group in Nottingham is hiring for an Operations role in our busy kitchen. This full-time position works 8 hours per shift with a £12.71 hourly rate, contributing to fresh Japanese cuisine and fast service.

You will be a role model, passionate about great food, able to roll sushi, assist with passes and hot sections, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and help manage stock while meeting tight deadlines in a QSR environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety to Health and Safety standards.
• Roll sushi, work the pass, and assist in hot sections.
• Support with setup, maintenance, handover and close down of workstations.
• Assist with inventory controls to minimise waste and track stock.
