Whitbread is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Member at Durham City Centre Premier Inn. This permanent role offers 12 contracted hours per week with a pay rate of up to £13.06 per hour, including evenings and weekends.

You’ll prepare, cook and serve meals that contribute to guests’ stays, working as part of a busy kitchen team in the Freemans Place area of Durham. Full training is provided and there is a clear progression path within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
