Job summary

Premier Inn in Solihull South (M42) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You’ll work 24 contracted hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends, and earn up to £13.06 per hour.

You’ll join a team-focused environment, learn kitchen routines, receive training from day one, and have access to staff discounts and pension arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
