Whitbread’s Premier Inn in Portishead is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for 20 hours per week, at up to £13.06 per hour. The role involves preparing, cooking and serving meals to guests, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

You’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly, receive deliveries, and work closely with hotel staff to ensure high standards and timely service. This is a permanent position with guaranteed hours and full training provided.

Formación

• No prior hotel experience required; varied backgrounds welcome.
• Reliable, team‑oriented and hands‑on when the kitchen gets busy.
• Willing to learn; training will be provided by Premier Inn.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock locations.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
