Job summary

Whitbread PLC's Premier Inn in London Southwark (Bankside) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay.

The role offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours, 30 hours per week, and pay up to £14.56 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

No hotel experience is required; training is provided and you’ll be joining a supportive team in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
