Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Have a bank account in your own name.
• Be able to converse in English and understand training tasks.
• Have a fixed residence within reasonable travelling distance of work.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the required specification.
• Operate kitchen stations (grills, fryers, microwaves, etc.).
• Work as a team to meet time and quality targets.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards.
• Keep areas clean and perform kitchen clean-downs.
• Rotate stock and store food safely.
• Complete induction and ongoing training; contribute to improvements.
