Job summary

Stonegate Group operates the The William Foster in Lincoln, inviting an enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our pub kitchen. You’ll support the Head Chef with food prep, stock checks, and maintaining hygiene standards, while developing cooking and service skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You’ll work with a friendly team to deliver great pub dishes, meet quality targets, and contribute ideas to improve kitchen performance. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock checks and food hygiene.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
• Offer ideas to improve kitchen performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
