Job summary

The William Foster, part of Stonegate Group, is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member in Lincoln. Join a busy pub environment where you’ll support the Head Chef and help deliver great pub dining experiences for our customers.

You’ll assist with food preparation, stock checks, food hygiene, and ensure the kitchen stays clean and well-organised. If you’re passionate about hospitality and eager to learn, this role offers real development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail to maintain quality.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
