Job summary

Stonegate Group operates Barley Mow in Warrington and is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support the Head Chef with orders, stock control and hygiene. You will help prepare food, maintain a clean kitchen and assist with deliveries in a fast-paced pub environment.

A passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn are essential, with opportunities to contribute ideas and grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail to support kitchen operations and hygiene.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene at Barley Mow.
• Experience with maintaining kitchen equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
• Oversee deliveries.
• Offer ideas to improve kitchen performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
