Slug & Lettuce, part of Stonegate Group, is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in Glasgow city centre. You will support the Head Chef with orders, assist with food preparation and stock checks, and help maintain a clean, compliant kitchen environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in food prep and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to assist head chef with orders, stock taking and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and ensure dishes meet specifications.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Keep kitchen clean and hygienic at all times.
• Oversee deliveries and stock where applicable.
• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen performance.
• Work with the team to help achieve targets.
