Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality demonstrated in daily tasks.
• Willingness to learn new skills every day.
• Keen eye for detail in fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene at Slug And Lettuce.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
